Mini Dock has a problem

I have been able to use my Omega with the Expansion Dock with no problem, but the Mini Dock is giving me problems. Random characters I type end up in my Terminal as weird-looking ? characters. It's not any particular key, as you can see in my screenshot, and it only happens with the Mini Dock. Do I have a bum Mini Dock?

@Thomas-McCarthy hmm, that's definitely odd, can you post a picture of the Omega + Mini Dock?

Is that the new mini dock?
The on/off switch seems to have a perpendicular angle to the onion side.

@Thomas-McCarthy the dock looks fine but there's most likely an issue with the USB to Serial chip. Can you create a ticket on https://onion.freshdesk.com and we can sort out getting you another one.
@Massimiliano-della-Rovere Nah, not the new one. This PCB is actually from one of the very first runs, the faint 1537 on the back gives it away. Fun fact: I've most likely held this particular board before the electronics were soldered on.
