Where could I find a factory default Omega Firmware?
-
Well I tried to add gcc to my version of the firmware it went over like my day, terrible LOL.
So I need to reflash the chip I tried downloading it from http://downloads.onion.io/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-onion-omega-squashfs-factory.bin
Like the wiki says to do in Cross Compile guide. Has the link changed? Where can I download this file?
Thanks a ton - chris

Have a look at http://repo.onion.io/omega/images/
I have no idea what the 0.1.0 images in the second half of the list are for, but around in the middle you'll find the current 0.0.8 version.

@Chris-McCaslin Yep, all of the firmware images can be found at: http://repo.onion.io/omega/images/
The firmware the Omega came with from the factory is: omega-v0.0.1-b156.bin

@Lazar-Demin is it possible to get a clean firmware of OpenWrt or LEDE for Omega, Omega2 and Omega2+?
I'm working on a project where I would like to have a clean firmware due to space requirements.
NOTE: I know that LEDE is only for O2 and O2+

@Juan-Biondi not clear on what you mean by clean.
you can build your own firmware using our customized lede build system or the regular lede build system

@Lazar-Demin sorry for the late reply.
I meant was that I want to have Openwrt or LEDE but without the OnionConsole or other extra software.
As I could see LEDE project is only available for Onion Omega 2 and Omega 2+ but not for the original Omega. Maybe I didn't search on the right place but I couldn't find anything related to LEDE for the original Omega.
I also try compiling but it failed at some point following this guide: https://wiki.onion.io/tutorials/cross-compile on the step 6a.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Regards.
