  I found a datasheet for the AR9331. The specs on the GPIO are lacking detail, but I did find the following: VOH = 2.44 V VOL = 0.1 V VIH = 0.7 V VIL = 0.3 V (These are min/max values as appropriate.) I'm not finding a maximum voltage for the GPIO pins. The datasheet I found is a preliminary from December 2010. I'm hoping a newer datasheet is available that has more complete electrical info.

  @Gabriel-Ongpauco That's great thanks. What would be even better is if these were accompanied by: Circuit diagrams for each Electrical specs for each I know you are all busy so just ensuring that things don't get overlooked. Keep up the good work

  @Rudy-Trujillo A PS to my previous message: some people prefer VMWare over VitualBox. A free copy of VMWare can be found at: https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/info?slug=desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_workstation/10_0 The principle of VMWare is pretty much the same as VirtualBox I am less familiar with the availability of pre-installed VMWare images and you may have to do a google search for one.

  Bookmark this link and you have it easier to find things about the onion Just keep also the footer in mind on onion.io .. there are several links too. Btw, there are no stupid questions ... just sometimes stupid answers What do you mean with the console? Just put the IP in the browsers address bar and you can log into your onion (default is with a active WIFI connection 192.168.3.1). Don't forget to use Google Chrome for setting up ... Firefox and other browsers might been not working fine.

  My understanding is that the Omega (OpenWrt) has the timezone setting in the /etc/TZ file. It can be set in the Onion Console under Settings->General Settings I am in New Zealand and have my time zone set appropriately and /etc/TZ contains NZST-12NZDT,M9.5.0,M4.1.0/3 More information can be found about /etc/TZ and its contents at: http://blog.felipe-alfaro.com/2006/02/14/openwrt-and-the-time-zone/ https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/system#time_zones I don't know if the environment variable TZ has any connection or affect on this. The timezone as in /etc/TZ (i.e. as set in Onion Console) is preserved over reboots and since recent updates is also preserved over updates

  @Rudy-Trujillo that seems odd... can you try running uptime on the command line? That should indicate how long the Omega's been running, just so we can eliminate a reboot as the culprit.
