@Nayan Sounds like we are on the same page. Omega sits as bridge connecting to AP via wifi and ethernet expansion module has switch plugged into it allowing both sides to reside on 192.168.1.0/24 network. Of course DHCP requests to be passed through Omega (bridge) to the DHCP server. Looking forward to comparing notes.
@Guest The command firstboot will likely accomplish the same thing. You may have to run it a few times and you may have to manually reboot your Omega for the changes to take effect.
@Guest Yep, the wifisetup command changed in firmware version 0.0.8, it's now part of a larger Network Manager framework called wdb40.
Can you file an issue on the wdb40 github issues page?
Ah, you're right, seems like it's a stripped down version of fdisk. You could try opkg list | grep -i fdisk and try one of those and see if they're closer to the normal version of fdisk. Remember to opkg update first.. if you haven't done already
UPDATE: It turns out we had an issue in our PCB design that was causing electromagnetic noise. This was resetting the USB HUB.
usb 1-1: USB disconnect, device number 2
The issue was not in the camera but in the PCB design affecting the USB HUB
Yep, @Luciano-S. is on the money. Connect a webcam, open the app, and press the 'Start Stream' button on the top right.
The Frames Per Second and Resolution settings can be changed via the drop-down menus. But this will not take effect if the stream is already running.
@Guest Hi, Thanks for explaining in detail. Is your tutorial will work for:
Changing network priority between Ethernet and WIFI.
Ethernet need to be at 1st priority.
WIFI needed just as fallback network, If ethernet not working then search for WIFI connectivity
@Guest Sorry about that! I've updated the tutorial to reflect the removal of wifisaint
Can you please change the post topic to reflect that this is a post about a tutorial and wifisaint?
